Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demos
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Update customer interactions in CRM tools
  • Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability
  • Basic knowledge of sales process and CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field
  • Prior experience in sales/telecalling (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable with MS Office / Google tools
