leveraged cutting edge AI technology as well as 3D printers in order to re-accelerate the

lives of millions who have lost their limbs. By providing the world's first 3D printed prosthetic

legs at affordable prices, we are making an impact for good. Instalimb has recently received

Rs. 26 crore investment as Series A funding, and is now working on Series B.

Recently, Instalimb has collaborated with international organizations, government agencies,

as well as NGO to further accelerate the impact. Given that the business size is rapidly

growing, we are looking for a Business Development Officer who is willing to devote and

learn to create new business in India.

This position will be working at the frontline of a rapidly growing startup company in a very

challenging and exciting environment. It is the best opportunity, especially for those who

very demanding position working with high profile stakeholders.

Responsibility

Instalimb launched its office and clinic in Gurgaon in January 2022, and is looking for a

professional who will engage in business-to-consumer (B2C) direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales

activities of artificial legs as a Inside Sales Executive. Given our nature of being a start-up,

we look for a person who does not hesitate to take extended responsibilities and has

willingness to try new things out. This role may include, but not limited to, i) any

inbound/outbound communication and follow ups of customers through phone calls or online

platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram, ii) provide the best customer

experience and counseling at the clinic or as a part of home-service, iii) analyze sales

performance, plan and implement countermeasures to achieve the team's sales target. In

details, this position will:

Be responsible for achieving his or her sales targets though direct-to-consumers

(D2C) channels

Acquire leads and contracts

Examine sales-related data, propose and implement countermeasures to hit the

targets

Provide counseling to customers at the clinic or as a part of home-service

Collaborate with other teams in the company

Implement any related activities including sales, marketing and PR activities

Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through websites,

chats , e-mails and social media

Advising customers on suitable products and services as per their needs and

specifications.

Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calling.

Requirement

A successful candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree

A minimum of 3 year of work experience in business-to-consumer sales, or in online

D2C inbound sales activities

Working experience as an inside sales representative in startup companies or

healthcare related companies or clinics

Proficiency in speaking and writing in English,Hindi and Telugu

His/her own computer and internet access

Experience in using CRM software is a plus

Willingness and flexibility to do other tasks besides those mentioned above

Experience with Ed. Tech. firms like Byju's and Work Ex of sales in call centers will

be an added advantage.
