Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Cold call prospects generated by external lead sources
- Identify decision-makers within targeted accounts to initiate the sales process
- Expand and maintain the company's database of prospects
Sales Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with Sales Supervisors and Account Managers to define strategic sales approaches
- Deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers with complete profile information, calls-to-action, and follow-up plans
- Fix appointments with IT Managers, Heads, and CXOs for demos and discussions
Presentations & Demonstrations
- Set up and deliver product/service presentations and demonstrations
- Ensure proper handover and tracking of leads to facilitate pipeline progress
