Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Cold call prospects generated by external lead sources
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted accounts to initiate the sales process
  • Expand and maintain the company's database of prospects

Sales Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with Sales Supervisors and Account Managers to define strategic sales approaches
  • Deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers with complete profile information, calls-to-action, and follow-up plans
  • Fix appointments with IT Managers, Heads, and CXOs for demos and discussions

Presentations & Demonstrations

  • Set up and deliver product/service presentations and demonstrations
  • Ensure proper handover and tracking of leads to facilitate pipeline progress
