Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their requirements.
  • Pitch products/services effectively to prospects and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel (cold to warm to hot leads).
  • Generate appointments/demos for the field sales or account management teams (if applicable).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up diligently on leads to maximize conversion.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle objections confidently.
  • Proficient in using CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc. (preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
