We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative with 0-4 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls(250 to 300) to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet those needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Skills and Qualifications
HSC or Bachelor's degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
