Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Cold-call and email prospective customers in the US and Europe to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Account Management: Identify target accounts, plan sales calls, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver online product demos and sales presentations to prospects and clients.
  • CRM & Email Marketing: Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline. Experience with email marketing and analytical tools is required.
  • Customer Service & Success: Assist with customer service and success initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Closure: Close deals and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to contribute to a positive, innovative work culture.
  • Agile Development Mindset: Understand and adopt lean startup and agile development principles for continuous iteration and improvement.

Desired Skills:

  • At least 2 years of direct experience in an Inside Sales role (preferably in a SaaS company).
  • Cold-calling and email marketing experience, particularly targeting US and Europe markets.
  • CRM software proficiency.
  • Strong account management skills, with experience managing the sales process from start to finish.
  • Experience with product demos and online sales presentations.
  • Ability to work in a results-driven environment, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good writing and oral communication skills.
  • A lean startup mindset, comfortable working in an agile development environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to a Dissent Culture and contribute
