Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Handle inbound leads and convert them into enrollments through effective follow-ups.
- Client Relationship Management: Build trust and long-term relationships with students & professionals.
- Counselling: Provide guidance on courses, universities, and career opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet sales and enrollment targets.
- CRM Management: Track leads and maintain accurate records.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes.
- Customer Support: Resolve queries with timely and impactful solutions.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience: 1+ year in sales/counselling (EdTech preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal & written English.
- Skills: Strong client handling, persuasion & negotiation.
- Tools: Comfortable with CRM & MS Office.
- Mindset: Energetic, target-driven, and adaptable.
