Role: Inside Sales Executive
You're not just selling courses — you're guiding dreams.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll help ambitious professionals take their next big career leap through Eduinx's high-impact programs.
If you've worked with EdTech leaders like UpGrad, Simplilearn, Great Learning, or Edureka, and know how to sell with empathy and confidence — this one's for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with learners via calls, WhatsApp, and email to start meaningful conversations
• Understand learner goals and recommend the right program through consultative discussions
• Manage leads efficiently on CRM and follow up until successful enrollment
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets
• Collaborate with mentorship, operations, and placement teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate daily sales reports and MIS updates.
Requirements
• 1–4 years of Inside Sales / B2C EdTech experience
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Proven record in consultative selling and closing high-ticket sales
• Strong CRM management and follow-up discipline
• Passion for education, learning, and helping others grow
Professionals from Simplilearn, UpGrad, Great Learning, Edureka, or similar EdTechs are highly encouraged too apply.
Compensation
• CTC: Upto 6.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
