Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the food franchise sector
2. Generate and manage leads to drive franchise sales growth
3. Execute sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
4. Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activity
5. Negotiate pricing and agreements to close deals successfully
6. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for sales initiatives
7. Analyze sales performance data to improve conversion rates
