Job Description

This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.

Location: Pune, India (Hybrid: 4 days office + 1 day remote)

Experience: 3+ years

Reporting to: COO/CEO

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with campaigns and outreach platforms, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports & Suggestion to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Experience: 3+ years in sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of relevant outreach tools
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
