About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our EdTech sales team. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, from connecting with prospective learners to closing admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and counsel students and working professionals regarding training and certification programs.
Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up and communication.
Handle queries via phone, email, and social media.
Manage and update lead information using CRM tools.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Share regular performance and activity updates.
Language Requirements
Good command of English (mandatory).
Fluency in Marathi, Bengali, Odia, Assamese, Tamil, or Telugu (any one).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 6 months of sales experience (EdTech experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
