Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our Domestic Marketing team. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, qualifying leads, coordinating proposals, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
The position plays a critical role in supporting the field sales team by managing documentation, tracking opportunities, and facilitating sales processes, particularly in government and institutional sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through research and lead tracking.
• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Track the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist the sales team in managing government and institutional sales processes, including documentation support.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and sales documents using MS Office tools.
• Ensure all sales documentation and proposals meet required standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for information required for proposals and client responses.
Education & Qualifications
Essential Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), or any discipline with strong MS Office proficiency.
Preferred Qualification
• MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
• B.Tech / B.E. for candidates handling technical product proposals
Experience Required
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Business Development.
• Experience in B2G, Defence, or Government Tender environments will be an added advantage.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Basic understanding of tender processes and proposal documentation
Communication Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with senior government officials and institutional clients
Organizational Skills
• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple leads, deadlines, and documentation tasks simultaneously
