Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, engaging with prospects, and closing sales to meet business objectives. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving queries, and contributing to overall sales strategies. Daily activities will also include gathering market insights, preparing sales reports, and working closely with internal teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with an ability to identify and convert potential clients efficiently
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively negotiate and convey product/service value
  • Experience in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally
  • Proven expertise in Sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing the entire sales lifecycle
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate within a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and similar sales platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
