Inside Sales Executive | Thane West

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Thane West. In this role, you will proactively engage potential clients through outbound calls and digital outreach, qualifying prospects and driving new business growth. You will work closely with the sales pipeline using CRM tools and collaborate to meet ambitious sales targets.

What You'll Do:

Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to contact and qualify potential leads.

Manage and update sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software.

Communicate persuasively via phone and email to present our services.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience.

Proficient with CRM systems.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.

Salary : Up to 25,000 ( Depends on Interview performance)
