Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, preparing quotations, following up on enquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for customer requirements.
• Maintain customer and sales data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Support the achievement of sales targets.

Desired Profile

• B.Tech Electrical/Instrumentation/MBA Marketing .
• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or industrial product sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge or interest in industrial sensors, instrumentation, or automation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
