Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive (Lead Conversion) based in Kochi.
In this role, your primary responsibility is to convert incoming leads into qualified business opportunities by understanding client requirements and scheduling high-quality meetings.
You will:
- Connect with inbound and outbound leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Understand client needs (websites, mobile apps, software solutions)
- Clearly explain Tinqbit's services in a simple and outcome-focused manner
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the core team
- Perform consistent follow-ups to move leads through the pipeline
- Maintain proper tracking of all leads, conversations, and status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and deal closure
This is a target-driven role where your performance directly impacts company revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and a proven ability to manage and execute sales strategies successfully.
- Skills in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities for growth.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Ability to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously.
- High level of motivation with a target-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in technology-oriented sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
Good to have:
- Experience in selling websites, mobile apps, or digital services
- Understanding of basic tech/business workflows
