About the Role
You'll be the voice and personality of The Wellness Shop engaging customers over calls and live chat to drive conversions. Your day-to-day will cover upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, and real-time chat support.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers over calls and chat to recommend the right products
- Follow up on abandoned carts and bring customers back to complete their purchase
- Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and purchase history
- Handle inbound queries and convert interest into confirmed orders
- Execute outbound campaigns on leads and lapsed customers
- Maintain CRM records and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi a plus)
- Strong persuasion, active listening, and a customer-first mindset
- Target-driven with a passion for closing
- 04 years of experience freshers with great attitude are equally welcome
- Prior inside sales, telesales, or chat support experience is a plus
- Any graduate; willingness to work rotational shifts
