Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome (starting salary: 10,000/month)
Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated, articulate, and results-driven Female Inside Sales Executives/Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for lead generation, prospect qualification, and building customer relationships primarily via outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to educational institutions to introduce our products and services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear, detailed information
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, challenges, and budgets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Participate in regular training and team meetings
Qualifications and Skills
- 12 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or telesales preferred
- Background in the education, ed-tech, or IT industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia with excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient, with the ability to handle rejections professionally
- Bachelor's degree preferred (BBA, BTech, MBA advantageous)
