Job Description

Tea Triangle Private Limited, a leading tea company with a mission to elevate the tea-drinking experience, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably within the tea industry, and a passion for building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Sell Prospects: Drive business growth by actively sourcing and identifying new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing, and other methods.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Create and manage a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the status of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
  • Order Processing: Process customer purchase orders and work closely with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Product Advisory: Advise customers on suitable product selections based on their needs and specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-up on Inquiries: Respond promptly to sales inquiries made through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the tea industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
