Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused
Inside Sales Executives to drive lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
Convert leads into sales by explaining Switchkart's services and offerings.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer details.
Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups.
Work with the marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide timely feedback on customer trends, objections, and market needs.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Any Graduate or PUC can apply
Experience: 02 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Relationship Management (freshers may also apply).
Languages:Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
