Swift is building a next generation checkout and fulfillment service for India a platform

rolling up payments and logistics solutions for all fulfillment needs. We give emerging

D2C brands the opportunity to provide a customer experience at par with the likes of

Amazon and Flipkart, for channels spanning across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart

etc.), webstores (Shopify, WooCommerce etc.) and social media stores (WhatsApp,

Instagram etc.). Think of us like Amazon for the vast majority of brands that do not want

to rely solely on marketplaces for their sales.

services like one-tap checkout, payment processing, live tracking, COD and returns

Role Summary

As an Inside Sales Executive (SDR), you will be responsible for outbound calling on assigned

cold leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings/demos for the sales team. Your

success is measured by the quality and quantity of qualified meetings scheduled and the

conversion of leads through the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to assigned cold leads (SMEs, D2C brands,
  • eCommerce sellers, B2B shippers).
  • Use a structured pitch to explain Swift's value: cost optimization, multi-carrier access,
  • faster pickups, tracking, COD/remittance support (if applicable), returns
  • management, etc.
  • Qualify leads using multiple criterias
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team and ensure prospects show up.
  • Maintain accurate updates: call notes, qualification fields, next steps, and dispositions.
  • Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and email (as per process) to move
  • prospects to demo.
  • Meet daily/weekly activity targets (dials, connects, qualified leads, demos booked).
  • Share market feedback: common objections, competitor names, pricing expectations, feature requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years in inside sales / tele-sales / lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Strong phone communication: ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and
  • drive next steps.
  • Basic understanding of logistics/eCommerce (last-mile, courier partners, COD, returns,
  • tracking) is a plustraining will be provided.
  • Comfortable with high call volume and target-driven work.
