About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms to generate leads and conversions.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits & value based on customer needs.
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain healthy communication to drive successful closures.
  • Participate in product demos, webinars, and training sessions to enhance understanding and sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track prospects, and prepare sales reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 3 year of experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions confidently.
  • Good negotiation, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills.
