Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Ernakulam. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong Lead Generation skills with the ability to identify prospects and drive business growth
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present solutions
  • Customer Service and problem-solving abilities to maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies, techniques, and tools to close deals successfully
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with software, IT solutions, and CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
