Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Inside Sales Executive for our EdTech company who will be responsible for counselling prospective learners, promoting training programs, and driving enrollments. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and passion for the education and learning industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to explain training programs
Understand candidate requirements and suggest suitable courses/certifications
Handle end-to-end counselling and convert inquiries into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong interest in education, learning, and career counselling
Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead handling
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in EdTech sales, tele calling, or counselling is an advantage
