About the Job-

Job Title- Sales Manager- Entrance automation and Industrial products.

Location- Mansarover ,Jaipur

Industry- Rolling Shutters , Gate automation , Boom Barriers , Industrial Automation

Employment Type- Full Time

Sector- B2B ,B2C

Salary- 20000 per month+

Incentive- up to- 10-15000+ per month as per performance

Working days- 6 days

You should be fluent in English & Hindi + confident about selling on phone/chat.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, video, or email

Built Sales in Dealer network and Distribution ships

Guide customers through product details, pricing, and certification details

Build trust and drive conversions for high-value and sales

Maintain a disciplined follow-up funnel to close warm leads

Log all conversations, notes, and statuses into Excel.

Coordinate with catalog, operations, and dispatch teams as per customer requirements

Offer video consultations and live product demos where required

Handle queries related to technical support, quotation, invoices, knowledge, delivery timelines, etc

Target Location- South Region

Requirements

0-2 years experience in industrial automation sales, preferably with knowledge of Shutters and gate Automations

Good technical product knowledge

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - English & Hindi a must

Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, video calling tools, CRM platforms

Self-driven, target-oriented, and emotionally intelligent

Availability to work 6 days a week
