Inside Sales Executive

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working days 6 days in a week, fixed Sundays off Role

Summary We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with experience in the travel industry to handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and provide excellent customer service related to travel products.

Roles And Responsibility

Making outbound calls to travel agents to generate leads for - Flight, Hotel Holidays bookings Listening To Customer Requirements and Presenting Appropriately To Make A Sale.

Ensure quotes are sent to qualified leads Follow up with travel agents (qualified leads) once quotes are sent

Follow ups for payments before the travel dates Knowledge of travel industry will be an added advantage Responsible For Sourcing and Developing Client Relationships and Referrals.

Handle customer objections and close sales effectively Requirements - Good verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable handling calls and little bit of email as well
