Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.

- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.

- Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
