Job Description – Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can connect with potential clients, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Explain company products/services to prospective clients
  • Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM
  • Convert leads into successful sales closures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling
Requirements:
  • Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (MBA/BBA preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and convincing abilities
  • Comfortable with calling and client interaction
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
