Role Overview
We are looking for high-conversion sales professionals who can own revenue, not just respond to inquiries.
This is not a support role — it is a target-driven, revenue-generating role where success is defined by:

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion Ownership
- Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, website, and partner channels
- Understand guest intent: occasion, group dynamics, budget, and preferences
- Recommend and sell the most relevant villas
- Drive end-to-end closure: inquiry negotiation payment confirmation
2. High-Value Sales Handling
- Manage premium bookings (events, large groups, celebrations)
- Upsell experiences, add-ons, and curated services
- Handle objections confidently and close decisively
3. Partner & Segment Handling (Role-based)
- Travel Agent Specialists: Manage and convert agent-driven inquiries
- Events Specialist: Handle weddings, celebrations, and MICE leads
- Senior Specialist: Close complex, high-ticket, or escalated leads
4. Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with operations/concierge for availability, customizations, and special requests
- Ensure seamless guest journey pre-booking
5. CRM & Performance Tracking
- Maintain strong hygiene on CRM (lead stages, follow-ups, conversions)
- Track pipeline, closures, and missed opportunities
- Deliver daily and weekly sales metrics
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong sales instinct and closing ability (non-negotiable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle high inquiry volumes with speed and clarity
- High ownership mindset: numbers-driven, not task-driven
- Comfortable working with targets, incentives, and performance pressure
Must-Haves
- 0–5 years of experience in:
- Hospitality sales (hotels, resorts, villas)
- Travel agencies / DMCs
- Banquet / wedding / event sales
- Inside sales roles in premium/lifestyle sectors
- Proven track record of:
- Targets achieved
- Incentives earned
- Consistent performance
- Comfortable with:
- Phone-based selling
- Follow-ups and negotiation
- Weekend and holiday shifts
