Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad office. The role involves generating leads, engaging prospects, pitching Runo's CRM solutions, and driving conversions through outbound sales efforts.
If you are confident on calls, target-oriented, and passionate about SaaS sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential SMB and enterprise customers across assigned regions.
- Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer business needs and challenges.
- Clearly pitch Runo's Call Management CRM features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Schedule online product demos and coordinate with the product/sales team as required.
- Conduct basic product walkthroughs independently for interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to strengthen product positioning.
- Ensure high data hygiene and CRM discipline.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound sales calls.
- Target-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of CRM or SaaS products (preferred).
- Ability to work from the Hyderabad office (Madhapur).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; prior sales experience is an added advantage.
