Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role will focus on generating new business, managing inbound and outbound sales efforts, and nurturing client relationships for our IT Managed Services and Professional Services offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT solution selling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Engage with inbound leads, understand client requirements, and present tailored IT Managed Services and Professional Services solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, upselling and cross-selling Rexus solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Stay up to date on industry trends, Rexus service offerings, and competitive landscape.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for lead generation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
0 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in IT Managed Services, Professional Services, or Technology Solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and managed services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
