ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Sales Executive will handle inbound & outbound leads, manage calling and
WhatsApp follow-ups, qualify prospects, and close deals for Reelwale Studio's
photography & video services.
This is a target-driven inside sales role with strong incentive potential per closure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Lead Handling
Handle leads from Meta Ads, Website, Walk-ins & Cold Calling
Make daily sales calls & WhatsApp follow-ups
Understand client requirements (shoot type, quantity, timeline)
Share portfolio, pricing & service details
Close deals and convert leads into confirmed shoots
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with Sales Manager for targets & priorities
Update lead status, follow-ups & closures in CRM system
Share daily sales activity & closure reports
Client Relationship
Maintain professional communication
Ensure smooth handover to operations after deal closure
Build repeat business & referrals
REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE:
Mandatory:
Minimum 2 years sales experience (any industry)
Strong calling & persuasion skills
Comfortable with targets & pressure
Good WhatsApp & phone communication
Basic CRM / Excel / reporting knowledge
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in Studio / Media / Garment / Textile industry
Inside sales or telesales background
SALARY & INCENTIVES:
Fixed Salary: 15,000 30,000 (based on experience)
Incentives: Per closure (no cap)
High performers can earn significantly more every month

Weekly Off: As per company policy
Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
