Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a goal-oriented and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers. Your primary objective is to convert raw leads into qualified prospects and schedule site visits for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Call prospective leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, and social media.
  • Customer Engagement: Explain project USPs (Unique Selling Points), amenities, pricing, and location advantages to potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Understand the customer's budget, location preference, and timeline to buy.
  • Appointment Setting: Persuade interested clients to visit the project site and coordinate with the Sales Manager for site tours.
  • CRM Maintenance: Regularly update lead status, notes, and follow-up dates in the CRM software.
  • Daily Targets: Maintain a high volume of outbound calls (60-80 calls/day) and achieve weekly site-visit targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduate or Final Year Student (Freshers are welcome).
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support (Real Estate experience is a plus).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and [Local Language].
  • Persuasion: Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: Up to 15,000 INR per month.
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives for every successful site visit and booking.
