About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls with patients and prospective customers generated through digital and marketing channels.
• Understand patient concerns, requirements and treatment expectations through effective questioning and active listening.
• Educate patients about QI Spines treatment approach, consultation process and available treatment options.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations with the appropriate clinic/doctor.
• Follow up with leads at different stages of the patient journey to improve conversion.
• Counsel patients on the value and benefits of recommended treatment plans.
• Address objections related to treatment, pricing, timelines and other concerns professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into consultations and treatment enrolments while maintaining a patient-first approach.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with clinic, clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Track individual performance against daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales and conversion reports.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
