About The Opportunity
A growing player in the outpatient healthcare and specialty clinic sector focused on delivering patient-centric diagnostic, consultation and treatment services across India. We operate high-touch clinic locations that rely on efficient patient acquisition, appointment conversion and strong inbound/outbound sales coordination to drive clinic growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound patient enquiries via phone, email and chat; convert leads into confirmed appointments to meet weekly and monthly conversion targets.
- Qualify leads quickly using structured frameworks; prioritise high-value patients and schedule appointments with appropriate clinical teams.
- Maintain and update CRM records (lead source, interactions, outcome) to ensure pipeline accuracy and support reporting.
- Drive follow-up campaigns including appointment confirmations, pre-visit instructions and post-visit feedback to reduce no-shows and increase retention.
- Collaborate with clinical coordinators and marketing to close gaps in lead quality, support referral programs, and optimise promotional campaigns for higher ROI.
- Hit individual revenue and KPI metrics (conversion rate, average bookings per day, lead response time) and contribute to continuous improvement of sales playbooks.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in inside sales, tele-sales or appointment booking roles preferably in healthcare, clinics, diagnostics or services.
- Comfortable working to targets with strong time management and a data-driven approach to pipeline health.
- Fluent in English; local-language proficiency (Hindi, regional languages) is a plus for patient engagement across India.
