Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive Plyneer Industries sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting themvia calls, emails, and virtual presentations into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
13 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development (B2B/B2C).
Experience in building materials, plywood, laminates, MDF, or interior products preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may be considered.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada/Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to convert inquiries into orders through persuasive selling.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and video conferencing platforms.
Quick learner with the ability to understand technical product features (plywood grades, laminates, etc.).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
