We're looking for a sharp, agile CRM & Pre-Sales Manager who can prune, qualify, and prep every lead for the big win—the demo.
🔍 What You'll Be Rocking:
- Oversee and refine daily lead management operations across diverse international markets.
- Perform customer profiling and manage lead assignment
- Manage the entire lifecycle of inbound leads across global markets.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to schedule demos at the appropriate stage of the sales process.
- Track lead progress, identify drop-offs, and plug the gaps with data-backed actions.
- Keep the CRM squeaky clean and fully synced—calls, emails, chats, all of it.
- Qualify leads through intelligent engagement—understand their needs, pain points, and intent.
- Support pre-sales readiness by ensuring every lead is well-nurtured and sales-ready
📚 You’ll Thrive If You Have
- An MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business (or relevant experience in a similar role).
- Hands-on or willing to dabble with CRM tools—Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents.
- Strong written and verbal communication—you can engage and excite without a sales pitch.
- Understanding of email marketing flows, engagement techniques, and CRM compliance norms.
- A love for structure, detail, and data-driven decision-making.
