Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for converting prospects into successful enrollments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, communicating course benefits to prospective students, addressing inquiries, and achieving sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling students and working professionals on suitable courses

• Explaining course details, benefits, and career opportunities

• Handling leads, follow-ups, and enrolment conversions

• Building and maintaining strong student relationships

• Achieving monthly counselling and enrolment targets

• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and counselling skills

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Sales/Telecalling/EdTech experience is a plus

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Timings- 10am - 7pm (Monday - Saturday)

Location- Rafael Tower, Saket Square, Old Palasia Indore.
