Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, converting prospects into successful enrollments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, communicating course benefits to prospective students, addressing inquiries, and achieving sales targets effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and lead generation strategies
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet sales goals and effectively explain product offerings
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the education or EdTech industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is desirable
