Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Indore. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying prospective customers, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The professional will work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and identify opportunities to generate additional business.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for driving revenue growth
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and maintain effective relationships
  • Experience in Sales with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in EdTech or related industries is a plus
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
