Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as an Inside Sales Executive in Indore. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to drive enrollments in educational programs. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting regular follow-ups with prospective students, providing them with information about various courses, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process. Effective communication and a proactive approach will be critical for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential opportunities.
  • Advanced Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
