Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated Admission Counsellor / Inside Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for driving student admissions for our online and distance learning programs. You'll build relationships with prospective students, understand their educational needs, and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential students through various channels (phone, email, chat).

- Student Counselling: Understand student needs and provide information about our online and distance learning programs.

- Admission Process: Guide students through the admission process, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.

- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.

- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, admissions, or counselling (fresh graduates with strong communication skills can apply).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in online education or EdTech industry would be preferred but not mandatory.

- Knowledge of Indian education system and admission processes.

- Certification in sales, marketing, or counselling.
