We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive – HRMS (Darwinbox)
Location: Remote
Experience: 3+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in HRMS / HR Tech SaaS sales, preferably with Darwinbox. If you are passionate about selling innovative HR technology solutions and enjoy engaging with HR leaders and decision-makers, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and inbound leads
• Promote and sell Darwinbox HRMS solutions to HR Heads, CHROs, and business leaders
• Understand client HR needs across payroll, attendance, performance management, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management
• Conduct product demos and virtual presentations
• Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Work closely with pre-sales and implementation teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills:
3+ years of Inside Sales / SaaS / HRMS Sales experience
Experience selling Darwinbox HRMS (preferred)
Strong B2B sales experience with HR decision-makers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
Preferred Experience:
Experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
