Role Summary:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be a key point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through Maxopp's unique, high-impact programs. You'll bridge their aspirations with our experiential learning approach and help them make the best possible decision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct detailed counselling discussions to understand aspirations and fit.
  • Explain Maxopp's programsDigital Business Launchpad, International Business & Entrepreneurship, etc.in a clear and confident manner.
  • Address objections, handle queries, and guide prospects toward enrollment.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed campus visits and admissions.
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up trackers, and CRM entries.
  • Coordinate with academic teams for smooth handover of confirmed students.
  • Consistently meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, visits, and admissions.
  • Provide post-counselling support and ensure no-drop follow-up quality.

Key Requirements:

  • 24 years of experience in admissions, counselling, telecalling, or inside sales (EdTech/skilling preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English + Hindi.
  • Confident on phone; excellent listening and objection-handling.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion & closing skills.
  • Process-oriented, disciplined, and consistent in follow-ups.
  • Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience counselling for digital marketing/vocational/skill-based programs.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and experience-based learning.
  • Understanding of the startup ecosystem.
  • Ability to represent Maxopp at events, workshops, or outreach drives.
