Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, reaching out to prospects through calls and emails, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The role also involves achieving sales targets, assisting in after-sales services, and coordinating with marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Inside Sales and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
• Proven track record in Lead Generation and prospecting new business opportunities
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Understanding of Sales processes and experience in selling certification training programs is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Night shift (us shift ) and day shift
• 0- 4 yrs of experience in ed tech
