We are seeking a proactive and articulate Customer Support to join our team for lead qualification. The primary responsibility will be to pre-qualify incoming leads by making calls to potential clients and evaluating them based on predefined criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Call the lead and qualify them using pre-set criteria.
- Follow up with clients regularly to maintain their engagement.
- Respond to clients promptly via call or WhatsApp.
- Update all lead details accurately in the CRM system.
- If the lead is qualified, book a site visit and assign it to the sales team for further processing.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and apply lead qualification criteria.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or Excel.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Language proficiency in English/Hindi
