Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Hyderabad office. This role is focused on building a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound lead generation, supporting the sales process with high-quality sales decks and presentations, and qualifying prospects for the business development team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys research, communication, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach-
- Identify and research potential leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Execute outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Handle inbound leads and perform initial qualification
- Book meetings and demos for the sales / business development team
Sales Collateral & Deck Creation-
- Create, customize, and update sales decks and pitch presentations
- Tailor decks based on client industry, use case, and stage of discussion
- Work closely with founders and BDMs to refine messaging and positioning
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management-
- Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM
- Track outreach performance and follow-up activities
- Support deal tracking and handover to the closing team
Market & Account Research-
- Conduct account-level research on startups, product companies, and tech firms
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
Collaboration & Process Improvement-
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and content alignment
- Share feedback from prospects to improve sales messaging
- Help improve SDR playbooks and outreach processes
Ideal Candidate
- Strong inside sales profiles
- Total Experience (Mandatory): 2+ years of experience in Sales Development / Inside Sales / Business Development, in a B2B environment (preferably in design agencies)
- Mandatory (Experience 1)- Must have hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based lead generation
- Mandatory (Experience 2)- Must have experience in handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings/demos for the sales or business team
- Mandatory (Experience 3)- Must have experience in account research, identifying ICP-fit companies, and mapping decision-makers (CXOs, founders, product heads)
- Mandatory (Sales Collateral / Deck Creation)- Must have experience in creating or customizing sales decks / presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides) tailored to client use cases
- Mandatory (Tools & CRM)- Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and maintaining accurate lead and activity tracking
- Mandatory (Communication Skills)- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to initiate conversations, pitch value propositions, and engage prospects
