Job Overview:
Kivavee Global Services is looking for Telemarketing Agents who will be responsible for outbound and inbound calling, lead engagement, appointment setting, and closing qualified leads. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling & Customer Engagement
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead data
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Clearly explain products and services to potential customers
Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience
Lead Qualification & Follow-ups
Identify customer requirements and assess purchase intent
Qualify leads based on defined criteria
Conduct timely follow-ups via calls or messages
Update lead status and notes accurately in CRM or tracking tools
Appointment Setting
Schedule appointments or callbacks for interested prospects
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover
Ensure high appointment confirmation and attendance rates
Lead Closure & Target Achievement
Pitch offerings confidently and handle objections effectively
Close qualified leads where applicable
Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Reporting & Process Compliance
Maintain daily call logs and activity reports
Follow approved call scripts, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
Share regular performance updates with the reporting manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills (English required; regional languages preferred)
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle objections and rejection positively
Customer-focused and performance-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM systems or lead tracking tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or appointment setting
Experience in B2B or B2C calling environments
Fluency in Hindi, English, Telugu.
