Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into customers through structured inside sales processes
- Maintain and update lead and customer data in the CRM system
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closure status
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and order execution
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution
Key Requirements
- Graduate with 02 years of inside sales or CRM experience
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Skills to handle UHNI, & HNI clients
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Target-oriented with good time management
- Comfortable with calling, data handling, and reporting
- Candidate should be based in Gurgaon or nearby locations for ease of coordination.
